Keeping Ahead Of The Game - Men's Mental Health Awareness Event

On Tuesday 10th September we hosted an evening of awareness, connection and community at Witham Rugby Club to gain a fresh perspective on Men’s Mental Health and Addiction, and mark World Suicide Prevention Day.

Our incredible guest speakers shared their journey and experience of mental health which got everyone pretty emotional and gave us all a lot to chat about afterwards. Feedback was amazing and we hope to keep ahead of the game with more events in the near future!
