Code of Conduct

The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to set out standards of behaviour expected from employees of Heads2Minds. All staff, consultants and volunteers should strive to:

  • Fulfil their role as outlined in their contract of employment to the best of their ability in a safe, efficient and competent way;
  • Communicate respectfully, effectively and honestly at all times with colleagues and all persons who interact with Heads2Minds;
  • Act honestly, responsibly and with integrity. This includes the use of resources;
  • Follow the charity’s policies and procedures as well as any instructions and directions reasonably given to them;
  • Keep confidential matters confidential;
  • Treat others with fairness, equality, dignity and respect;
  • Undertake relevant training to maintain and improve knowledge, skills and work practices;
  • Act in a way that is in line with the mission and values of the charity and that enhances the work of the charity.
