Our Mission

At Heads2Minds, our mission is to create a world where everyone facing mental health and wellbeing challenges feels safe, understood, and respected. We are experts in our field, driven by lived experience and a deep commitment to making mental health care accessible and inclusive for all.

Through our holistic, person-centred approach, we provide individuals with a comprehensive toolkit designed to strengthen their mindset, improve resilience, and empower them to take control of their mental health. Our focus on somatic practices ensures that both the body and mind are nurtured in the journey to recovery.

We are dedicated to providing early intervention services, helping individuals address challenges before they escalate, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. By focusing on prevention and education, we create opportunities for individuals to recognise the early signs of mental health struggles and take action for their wellbeing.

At Heads2Minds, we are passionate about amplifying stories of hope, resilience, and recovery. Our work is about more than just support; it's about creating inclusive communities where mental health conversations are welcomed and accessibility is a priority. We are committed to fostering a society that not only understands mental health but actively works to make it a safe, open, and accessible topic for everyone.

"We save lives." By empowering individuals to speak openly about their mental health and providing the tools for lasting change, we are working towards a world where everyone has the support they need to live healthier, happier lives.

Join us in our mission to create a more inclusive space for people to talk about mental health, receive holistic support, and access the resources necessary to thrive.

Liz's Story

Liz is a passionate mental health advocate, and the founder and CEO of Heads2Minds. Liz provides training, coaching, mentoring, mindfulness, meditation, holistic therapies, and advocacy aimed at empowering individuals and organisations to nurture their overall health and well-being.

With a diverse background in therapy, Liz is a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, psychotherapist, and re-alignment coach. She also specialises as a national trainer in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and other wellbeing initiatives. In addition, Liz integrates shamanic practices to promote healing and balance in both personal and professional environments.

Liz’s work is deeply rooted in lived experience. Having navigated her mental health challenges, she brings empathy, understanding, and authenticity to her work. Her journey fuels her commitment to helping others break free from stigma, pain, and despair, empowering them to live their best, happiest, and healthiest lives. She’s passionate about creating safe spaces for individuals to explore and heal their mental health, providing them with the tools they need to thrive.

A passionate believer in the power of education, Liz works extensively with schools, universities, and local communities to teach emotional intelligence and mental health awareness. She believes that by fostering emotional literacy in the younger generation, we can dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health, prevent conditions from escalating, and equip young people with the knowledge to recognise and seek help when needed—for themselves and others.

Liz’s professional collaborations include consulting with the NHS Essex Partnership Trust, where she serves as a governor and patient safety partner, as well as working with schools, universities, and corporate organisations to embed mental health awareness and support into their cultures.
